Our large light up sign is being installed at our Darlington A66 self-storage facility.

We're pleased to announce that our new location just off the A19 in Stockton is now open for business, this new location complements our existing site on Portrack Lane and offers our customers two convenient locations in the Stockton area.

The self-storage industry has seen a spike in occupancy levels as the need for space has become a necessity. People have different reasons for using storage sites and depending on the need can be a short-term basis but could also be a long-term commitment.

Occupancy across our self-storage sites at an all time high

If you have visited any of our U Hold The Key sites recently you may have already bumped into the newest member of our team. Christopher Waller has joined the Parsons Group as site maintenance apprentice, working across our nine North East self-storage sites.

Up and coming band 'The Circus Villains' have a close connection to U Hold The Key Self-Storage as Daniel Skilbeck the bass guitarist is the son of Jane Skilbeck (U Hold The Key general manager).
