Our site at Bishop Auckland is just over the Newton Cap viaduct on the A689 towards Toronto at the entrance to Weardale. We are just along the road from where Kynren was held in the summer.
The site is in a good location for the surrounding towns and villages of Shildon and West Auckland as well as those in the dales such as Crook, Willington and Tow Law.

SIZES | How do I choose the right sized storage for me?
You can find our size and their ideal uses on our sizes page. Most people hire the Large 20 foot container, but we have multiple options available.
SECURITY | What security measures do you have per site and container?
All our sites are fitted with CCTV, fencing, gated access and lighting. On top of that, we provide a free padlock for your individual store.
CLEAN AND DRY CONTAINERS | Are your containers clean and is there a chance of condensation?
We always provide cleaned out containers for our customers. Our containers are weather proof and are fitted with ventilation rosters. If your belongings are dry, there is no chance for condensation. However, if you introduce water (e.g. through a washing machine that still has water in its tubes) there is a chance for condensation. To combat this, we offer absorpoles.
OPENING HOURS | When can I access my storage site and container?
We offer 24/7 access, 365 days of the year (except our Middlesbrough site where we offer access 7am-7pm, 7 days a week).
BUSINESS | Can I store business inventory?
Absolutely! As a matter of fact, a large part of our customers are business owners.
ENTRANCE | How do I gain access to the storage site and my container?
At your Key Pickup meeting, you’ll receive the FOB to open the entrance gate. You’ll also receive a free padlock to lock up your container.
ACCESSIBILITY | Can I drive up to my container?
Yes, all storage containers have ground level access and you can drive up to your container.

BOOKING REQUIREMENT | What do I need to provide when I book?
In line with industry standards, we require photo ID (driving license or passport) and confirmation of your current address dated within the last 3 months (e.g. a utility bill or bank statement).
PAYMENT OPTIONS | How do I pay?
Our standard payment method for storage is by direct debit.
However, you can also make payments on our website through our ‘manage my store’ page - using either by Stripe Card Payment or PayPal.

MINIMUM HIRE PERIOD AND NOTICE PERIOD | What are they?
The minimum hire period is one week. You can cancel any day you want.
